* Please submit this form to [email protected] via e-mail by 15 October 2024.
* The application is subject to approval from Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES)). Applicant should provide specific and clear description on their role and involvement under Malaysia Pavilion to support the approval process by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES).
* If the approval by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) is successful, the delegate (s) will receive a notification from UNFCCC. Please print the notification and bring it together to Baku. On the other hand, UNFCCC also will send the delegate (s) a link to apply COP29 Visa. Please use the notification received earlier to apply COP29 Visa.
* This pass will only be used to participate in the programmes and activities conducted at Malaysia Pavilion and to visit other permitted areas in the Blue Zone of UNFCCC COP29.
* This pass should not be used to involved in the UNFCCC negotiation process.
